Before discussing the nuclear issue in depth, I am preparing a post about it, I
focus on a topic that I have the fortune to live in first person, within a group of excellent professionals, enthusiasts and absolute work "believers" of what they have in hand.
Those who follow me for Facebook, Twitter and other Web 2.0 tools, surely you know that I am referring to the Red Guadalinfo . But what is Guadalinfo ?
In a nutshell: innovation is a social space, using digital to analog transform to transform the territory immediately. This innovative effort of the synergies between ICTs and the capacity of organized society, so that from the institutional (ie the municipality) will help change (progress) social environment, from an economic, cultural, inclusive, supportive , etc.
That is the greatness of the project. A project from a portal that aims to be the host location of each and all Andalusians (and not to be, feel or empathize with Andalusia Andalusia), uses a number of physical nodes in the territory (about 750) , where the figure of the Revitalizing Local emerges as a unifying of the digital with analog, making an important work for society, since it can connect to digital broad sectors of the population that otherwise would have no chance of knowing what the ICTs can do for them. That is the main functionality of the Centers Guadalinfo.
In addition, the greatness of Guadalinfo is not only in the interconnection of citizens analog approach to digitization. The challenge Guadalinfo ahead and in which thousands of citizens took part at this time, advised by a vast network of professionals, is to transform each municipality, county and province of Andalusia, with input from citizens. Citizens have the opportunity, through Guadalinfo , the opportunity to implement projects supported by the network and therefore the institutions and organizations active in town, come true.
That is, it tries to make a permanent feedback between citizens and responsible insititucionales, making tools available to the public through strategic alliances (woven both locally and regionally, will depend on the "audacity" of the project in question) that seek trust and involvement of the entire social fabric of Andalusia.
That said, it is easy to understand why we talk about Guadalinfo as the largest social network in Andalusia. This is not a social network usage, we understand the orbit 2.0. Guadalinfo aspires to be the driving force of social innovation as the main pillar of the transformation of our cities too and towns.
In Guadalinfo have a plan, do you dare to follow?

Great post. It is very important to give coverage to the interesting work being done from the Network Guadalinfo, in an area with so many needs as Andalucia and tantísmas possibilities. I also follow them as close as I can ...
I wondered, Francisco, whether it would be possible to have an interview with them to extract information regarding the status of social innovation in our community and use in research that you know took place for the XXI Forge Foundation on Emerging New Activities.
I'd appreciate any information.
A hug.
Dear Sergio, thanks for your comment. I'm sure they'll have no problem with it. I recommend that you contact the Director General Fernando de los Rios Consortium (ICC entity that has the task of developing Guadalinfo), Juan Francisco Delgado, and I suppose there will be no problem. I'll report you are interested in to see you and talk about what you want. We will be in touch. I remember that the CFR is based in Granada. A big hug.
Thank you Francis. I will contact them before the end of this week to try to arrange a meeting before the August vacation. Of course I will keep you informed of how this issue unfolds.
Thanks again!
A hug.
Dear Francisco, we enjoyed reading your post some ideas that we developed from practice different institutions, groups, agencies and synthesized ... reflected in your words.
From the IAPH Guadalinfo support the work being done for years (if I remember correctly, I @ landalus born in 2001) is a benchmark as far as ICT and local development concerns.
That the phase of digital literacy (although aware that there is still much to do in this regard) has a keen interest to introduce the concept of territory in the dscurso technological Pusto the idea of turning for the better is what lies at the bottom .
We would like you to meet the Laboratory of Landscape IAPh where we also work with that look, but from equity, understood as a tool for sustainable development of the territory (as the case of ICT in Guadalinfo) but counting on its inhabitants.
Therefore, the work of dinaizadores is so important. We recall that in past editions of the National Congress of Telecentre Networks (held in Merida and Fuerteventura) assistance from the facilitators, having first hand experience was motivating to get into the social network and see the potential of ICT work-participation and territory.
Encouragement and hope to keep in touch.
